This tip is a perfect question to contemplate at the end of the year as you go into the holiday weekend:

Are you charging appropriately for your products and services?

Do you know the comparable market prices?

How to calculate the value of your solution and the cost of your clients’ problems that your solutions solve? Is there a fit with your prices?

If not, get busy adjusting both your prices and your mind set.

In several conversations with professionals over the course of the years, they all said when they increased their fees they not only got more clients and more referrals, but often found the clients were at a higher level than those they had been serving.

Few had lost clients as a result of increasing their fees and many said their clients replied to the news with some version of “It’s about time!”
